Check this PEPPLERS - SELIG sofa - we have taken the sofa apart, refinished solid walnut legs and hand supports, took old fabric and foam off, checked its solid hardwood frame and spring base and got it rebuilt, using only high quality materials and foams. Note quality workmanship and close attention to each and every detail on upholstery work.

We have chosen light neutral very durable stain and fade resistant heavy duty Performance fabric in greige color (mix of grey and beige), perfect for busy families. Please see attached photo with all info about the fabric and my test results. The fabric has a flat texture, and is soft to touch. Made in USA, rated for Contract.

It is a medium sized sofa, but it is deep - please check measurements at your home.
