Refund policy
IF THE FURNITURE IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED, YOU CAN RETURN IT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE COST OF THE PIECE LESS THE DELIVERY COST AND CREDIT CARD FEE OF 4% (SHOPIFY DOES NOT REFUND TRANSACTION FEES IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED OR REFUNDED). THE SAME APPLIES IF ORDER IS CANCELED AT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST.
CUSTOMIZED FURNITURE IS NOT RETURNABLE. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNING THE PIECE OR COST OF RETURNING. THE FURNITURE IS TO BE THE SAME CONDITION AS IT LEFT OUR SHOP.
IF SIGNIFICANT EFFORT & TIME WERE REQUIRED TO PREPARE THE SHIPMENT, A REFUND OF UP TO 40% CAN BE WITHHELD TO COMPENSATE.
