This is ONLINE store. We do not have a store or showroom, therefore, can not show you everything.  We store furniture in different places: the workshop, 3 storage units and all over our house. The dining tables and beds are disassembled, other pieces are stacked on each other, and nothing is easily accessible. Getting something out for you to check takes quite a time and some heavy lifting, therefore, please ask for the appointment only if you are ready to buy the item, and just want to check it in person. Please note item dimensions on the website and measure your space carefully before making appointment to see the item. Please also do not hesitate to ask any questions about the furniture prior to visiting or buying online.The pros- you do not pay for the store rent and for personnel. Cons - not very convenient - we do not have space to display everything as it would be in a showroom.

I KNOW THAT SHOWINGS ARE BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY, BUT WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Mornings, evenings and weekends are usually the best for our customers and for us. You can come as late as 8 pm to avoid the traffic. During the day we work in our workshop refinishing furniture for the new homes, make deliveries or go to pick up new furniture.

WEBSITE IS AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED, AND YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BUY SOMETHING THAT'S NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE."SOLD OUT" MEANS NOT AVAILABLE, UNLESS IT ALSO SAYS "COMING".IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AND COULD NOT FIND THE ANSWER HERE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Since this is an online store, there is no address to post.Our workshop, storage and home are located in North York/ Toronto, very close to hwy 400 & 401 or Weston rd. and Finch av. (5 min north of 401). Workshop is at 1074 Barmac drive.The address for viewing appointment will depend where the piece you are interested in is.

What's your return policy?

If the furniture is not what you expected, you can return it within 48 hours of the purchase. You will be refunded the cost of the piece less the delivery cost and a credit card fee of 4% (Shopify does not refund transaction fees if the order is cancelled or refunded). The same applies if an order is cancelled at the customer's request.Customized furniture is not returnable. The customer will be responsible for returning the piece or the cost of returning. The furniture must be in the same condition as it left our shop.If significant effort and time were required to prepare the shipment, a refund of up to 40% can be withheld to compensate.

Is there a warranty for your vintage furniture?

Whilst it is an industry practice to not provide a warranty for vintage furniture, we will do our best to help you if something happens to the pieces you bought from us. Depending on the situation, you can rely on us to either fix the furniture for free or at a low price, or to advise about the best possible action.

The driver usually will be able to help you as well, depending on your unique situation (house, condo, stairs, elevator, etc.). I WANT TO BUY AND WILL SEND UBER TO PICK UP.  WILL YOU HELP TO LOAD THE FURNITURE INTO THE VEHICLE?

Absolutely, we always help with the loading. After done that so many times, we know how to do that the best way so that furniture would not be damaged on a way. We usually have some cardboard for the packaging if you forgot to bring a blanket, etc.Just set up time, and we will be here for you. Using Uber or Lyft you will only pay for one trip - from our house to yours.

CAN I GET DELIVERY IN A WEEK OR TWO? I AM MOVING TO NEW PLACE.

Yes, you can pick up the furniture or get it delivered. Delivery is always done by one driver. Please have help ready to get the furniture into your home. The driver usually will be able to help you as well, depending on your unique situation (house, condo, stairs, elevator, etc.). All furniture is blanket-wrapped for safe travel.Furniture Delivery / Shipping Options:• Workshop pick up — FREE (we can get most items ready in 1–2 days)• Local delivery in Toronto (up to 40 km from the workshop), 1 day–1 week:- $85–$145 for purchases up to $1,499 (depending on time required to reach your location). Please send your address to inquire.- FREE for purchases over $1,499 (Toronto).• GTA & Ontario, 1 day–1 week:- $150 — 40–100 km from Toronto- $200 — 100–160 km from Toronto- For all other locations please inquire in advance.If you cannot assist with handling, please let us know in advance.
