INFORMATION ABOUT SHOPPING IN OUR ONLINE STORE
This is ONLINE store. We do not have a store or showroom, therefore, can not show you everything.
We store furniture in different places: the workshop, 3 storage units and all over our house. The dining tables and beds are disassembled, other pieces are stacked on each other, and nothing is easily accessible. Getting something out for you to check takes quite a time and some heavy lifting, therefore, please ask for the appointment only if you are ready to buy the item, and just want to check it in person.
Please note item dimensions on the website and measure your space carefully before making appointment to see the item. Please also do not hesitate to ask any questions about the furniture prior to visiting or buying online.
The pros- you do not pay for the store rent and for personnel. Cons - not very convenient - we do not have space to display everything as it would be in a showroom.
Mornings, evenings and weekends are usually the best for our customers and for us. You can come as late as 8 pm to avoid the traffic. During the day we work in our workshop refinishing furniture for the new homes, make deliveries or go to pick up new furniture.
LIKE IN ANY ONLINE STORE YOU CAN BUY WITHOUT CONTACTING US. WEBSITE IS AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED, AND YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BUY SOMETHING THAT'S NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE.
"SOLD OUT" MEANS NOT AVAILABLE, UNLESS IT ALSO SAYS "COMING".

Like in any store in Canada, HST will be added to the price.
All credit cards are accepted through the website.
Email transfers are also accepted; please add HST 13% if you are using this option.
Since this is an online store, there is no address to post.
Our workshop, storage and home are located in North York/ Toronto, very close to hwy 400 & 401 or Weston rd. and Finch av. (5 min north of 401). Workshop is at 1074 Barmac drive.The address for viewing appointment will depend where the piece you are interested in is.

1. We offer FREE delivery (curbside drop-off) in TORONTO only (up to 40 km from the workshop) for the purchases over $1499 before HST.
2. Delivery fee (drop off) for purchases less than $1499 before HST in Toronto is $80-$145
Please note: Delivery is always done by one driver. Please have help ready to get the furniture into your home. The driver usually will be able to help you as well, depending on your unique situation (house, condo, stairs, elevator, etc.). Please inquire in advance if you have any questions.
In case you can not assist with the handling, please let us know in advance. We will have to hire a helper and would charge you the amount we will pay.
Please note, we do not offer shipping/delivery for the lamps and decor items unless they are bought with the furniture.

Absolutely, we always help with the loading. After done that so many times, we know how to do that the best way so that furniture would not be damaged on a way. We usually have some cardboard for the packaging if you forgot to bring a blanket, etc.
Just set up time, and we will be here for you. Using Uber or Lyft you will only pay for one trip - from our house to yours.
In most cases we should be able to hold the furniture for you for a few weeks provided that it has been paid for.
At this time we do not offer shipping to the US or Internationally.
Starting from this year, we will be offering refinishing services for vintage MCM teak and rosewood furniture.
Please send photos of your furniture and let us know what in particular you want us to fix (what problems are). We do not offer upholstery services.
We do not offer pick up or delivery but can connect you with the reliable shippers.
We do not offer upholstery, appraisal, or identification services.
We buy vintage MCM furniture, depending on design, condition and your price.
PHOTOS are MUST. We can not tell if we might be interested in your furniture if we do not know what you want to sell.
Please send photos, a short description of the condition, your location if pick up is required, and the asking price. Please also give us an idea of how fast (or not fast) you need the furniture out of your home.

We will always ask you to give us at least an idea of your asking price. We get multiple emails and calls everyday from people wanting to sell their furniture. Please be realistic and honest about condition of your furniture.
Please keep in mind that refinishing, transportation and storage costs are high; and it can take a year or so for some pieces to be sold.
Most of the furniture can be rented, pick up only.

.IF FURNITURE IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED, YOU CAN RETURN IT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE COST OF THE PIECE LESS DELIVERY COST AND CREDIT CARD FEE OF 4%.
THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNING THE PIECE OR COST OF RETURNING. FURNITURE IS TO BE THE SAME CONDITION AS IT LEFT OUR SHOP.
Yes, we can cancel your order if furniture has not been yet delivered/ shipped.
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE COST OF THE PIECE CREDIT CARD FEE OF 4% WHICH WE DO NOT GET BACK.
WHILST IT IS AN INDUSTRY PRACTICE TO NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY FOR VINTAGE FURNITURE, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HELP YOU IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE PIECES YOU BOUGHT FROM US.
