Set of Mid Century Modern floor & table lamps by Maurice Chalvignac

For sale, we have a spectacular pair of vintage Mid-Century Modern ceramic/mosaic floor and table lamps by Maurice Chalvignac, circa 1960s/70s.

This monumental set of lamps will bring a pop of orange, chocolate, white, and black colors and become a feature of the room. Wood legs and neck, plus Chalvignac’s signature string shades in red and black, give lamps even more character.

Both MCM lamps are in superb vintage condition and work as they should. 

Floor lamp height with the shade is 65.5"x W 22". Shade only is H 30". Table lamp height with the shade is 38.5"x W 10". Shade only is H 19".

Maurice Chalvignac is well known mid century modern artist and ceramist who migrated to Canada in 1957 at the height of the Scandinavian influence in design and artistry. Born in Paris in 1927, he studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts and is internationally recognized for his pottery and his artwork.
