RESTORED Danish Mid Century Modern Teak Chairs by Farstrup, Set of 4 (or 8)

For sale, we have this lovely set of well-known vintage Danish Mid Century Modern teak dining chairs by Farstrup Mobelfabrik, circa 1950s. The price is for 4 chairs, but we have another set of 4 chairs, the same design, just the legs are slightly different in color (see in photos), currently listed with a draw leaf teak dining table.

Carrying all the trademarks of classic Danish modern design, this chair has a light frame constructed with teak and beech woods that features a compact boxy shape that contrasts beautifully with its oval backrest. Using a mix of straight and rounded edges, the open silhouette of the chair provides a welcoming sense of hospitality. 

The chairs have been cleaned and polished and they are like new with a few signs of use. The original black leatherette seat upholstery is in great condition with just some tiny blemishes.
