REFINISHED Mid Century Modern Rosewood Bed Double by Swiss Form

For sale, we have this lovely vintage Mid-Century Modern double platform bed with a storage headboard made of rosewood in Switzerland by Swiss Form in the 1960s.

All components have been stripped, sanded, and refinished to almost like-new condition; please note a darker spot on the footboard. The bed is solidly built and sturdy. The top part of the slats can be lifted so that you can read or watch TV comfortably. The headboard/storage box is separate from the bed frame; it can be lifted from the ground if a higher headboard is desired.

The bed fits a standard double (full) size mattress (53" x 75"). Bed dimensions: 

The headboard box is W 59" x D 11" x H 22". The bed is 76" long (not including the headboard) and 57" wide.  A mattress would be placed at 11.5" height.

All hardware is included; you only need a mattress (no mattress box required). THE BED HAS BEEN DISASSEMBLED FOR TRANSPORTATION.
