This gorgeous Mid Century Modern executive desk created by iconic Canadian architect and designer Jacques Guillon in 1960's boasts a spacious two-tier L-shaped work surface and is distinguished by its extruded aluminum legs, which are slotted to secure the frame and side panels (patented).
Added storage in metal glide drawers and extra space behind vertical tambour panel add to its wonderful blend of style and function. This model is a part of the CDR (Canadian Design Resource).
All components have been meticulously stripped, sanded and refinished with Danish oil to perfect like-new condition and now the desk shows off all of its walnut splendor.
The maximum dimensions (the space required for the desk) are 5 ft x 6 ft. The desk only is L 5 ft x D 30" x H 29"; the return part is 42" x 20.25". The back of the desk is beautifully finished, therefore it can be floated in the middle of the room.
The desk has been disassembled and ready for transportation (2 parts). We can help with the assembly if required.
