REFINISHED Danish MCM ROUNDETTE Teak Extension Table & 4 Chairs by Hans Olsen

For sale, we have an iconic Mid Century Modern Roundette dining set designed by Hans Olsen for Frem Rølje in Denmark circa the 1960s. This striking set features a teak wood round table and four dining chairs. The dining chairs seamlessly tuck into the table with their curved backrests and tri-leg bases.

Roundette has been highly praised for both its design & function. Like most Scandinavian designer furniture, the set is elegant, strong, and sturdy, and would be great for smaller houses or apartments.

The table has been stripped, sanded, and refinished with Danish oil to great almost like like new condition. It will look a bit darker inside your home (see photo of the table top in the workshop).

The table not extended is round D 42" x H 29; the middle butterfly leaf of 19.75" is stored inside the table when unused. Very easy for one person to use.

The chairs have been reglued where required, cleaned, and polished and they are like new with a few signs of use and repairs. The original black leatherette upholstery is in great condition.
