REFINISHED & REUPHOLSTERED in wool mohair Danish Mid Century Modern Sofa 4-seater

Might this be your dream Mid Century Modern sofa? High quality, long-lasting, beautiful to look at, and very comfortable to sit on,  the sofa features a gorgeous sculptural curved back and iconic walnut paws.

The sofa has been stripped to a bare frame, springs checked, and then rebuilt with quality foam and fill.  We chose luxurious wool mohair fabric in a pale sea foam color.  Walnut legs and paws have been refinished to new condition.

Please note, the seats of the set are average height, not low as some other MCM sofas (15"-16"). Secondly, the sofa originally had 4 seat cushions, we have made 3 larger cushions instead.

Mohair upholstery is a very plush, durable, and resilient velvet-type upholstery fabric that is shorn from Angora goats. It is easy to clean, resistant to moisture-wicking, stretching, and creasing, and inherently flame resistant. It is also expensive, with prices from $200 to $600 per yard and more.
