For sale, we have a set of 6 distinctive Danish Mid Century Modern teak dining chairs, model 83 made in Denmark by Boltinge Stolefabrik in the 1960s. The designer is unknown, although this design is frequently attributed to Niels Otto Møller.
These sculptural teak dining chairs have ample seat pads and high backs with trademark elongated spaces between the back braces. With a flowing organic design, the natural teak grain flows seamlessly throughout the frame.
Their teak frames have been re-glued, cleaned, and polished, and the chairs are ready for the new home. Black upholstery is clean and useable, with a few tiny slits; if you want, we can reupholster them to suit your home best.
Approximate dimensions: seat height 18”x back height 37.5”x width 18.5" x depth 23”. The chairs are sturdy, strong, narrow, and comfortable.
