Rare set of 6 Mid Century Modern solid teak armchairs designed by renowned Dutch designer Jan Kuypers for Imperial. Original designs, sleek lines and high quality construction in bold and vibrant African teak / afromosia in brown tones. There are 2 armchairs and 4 side chairs; the chairs are strong, sturdy and very comfortable.
We stripped, sanded and refinished frames with Danish oil, re- glued where required, and got them reupholstered in in gorgeous light grey stain repellent Knoll Textiles Summit design fabric (color Boulder), and the chairs are like new.
