This stunning set of vintage Danish Mid Century Modern chairs in style of Niels Otto Moller feature sculpted frames, and exquisite back supports; teak grain different on each chair. The minimal design is so striking and gorgeous.
The chairs have been taken apart, meticulously stripped, sanded and refinished with multiple layers of Danish oil and reupholstered in beautiful, durable soft light grey wool mohair.
Approximate dimensions W 19.5" x D 20" x SH 18" x BH 36". As all Danish designer chairs, they are as comfortable as they are nice to look at.
Mohair upholstery is a very plush, durable and resilient velvet type upholstery fabric that is shorn from Angora goats. It can be dyed in rich and beautiful colors and is resistant to moisture wicking, stretching and creasing and is inherently flame resistant. It is also expensive, with prices from $200 to $600 per yard and more.
