These 4 Danish Mid-Century Modern Teak dining chairs are a lovely example of graceful design; the figure of both teak wood and shape is on full display as the minimal design highlights the careful touches made in the construction of these chairs.
We have taken chairs apart, stripped, sanded and oiled their solid teak frames multiple times with the Danish and they are like new again.
The original black upholstery leatherette is in great shape, with only a few blemishes; the biggest is a small cut on the seat (last photo). We think they do not warrant immediate re-upholstery, although these would look gorgeous with some more lively fabric upholstery (green, blue, grey).
These chairs are rather compact. Approximate dimensions: seat height 18" x back height 30.5"x width 20" (seat only 17.5") x depth 18.5". Hand supports are at H 24.25".
Made in Denmark.
