These classic beautiful streamlined vintage chairs feature dazzling rosewood frames and as all well-constructed MCM chairs, they are also comfortable and nice to look at.
These classic beautiful streamlined vintage chairs feature dazzling rosewood frames and as all well-constructed MCM chairs, they are also comfortable and nice to look at.
Their frames have been cleaned and polished, joints tightened, and only minimal age related blemishes can be seen on close inspection.
The chairs have also been professionally reupholstered in beautiful light grey wool mohair.
Approximate dimensions: seat height 20”x back height 32” x width 19”x depth 19.5”.
Mohair upholstery is a very plush, durable and resilient velvet type upholstery fabric that is shorn from Angora goats. It can be dyed in rich and beautiful colors and is resistant to moisture wicking, stretching and creasing and is inherently flame resistant. It is also expensive, with prices from $200 to $600 per yard and more.
