For sale, we have a set of rarely seen beautiful vintage Mid Century Modern rosewood dining chairs, 2 side chairs, model 49, and 2 armchairs, model 50, designed by Danish designer Erik Buch for O.D. Mobler AS, made in Denmark, circa 1960s.
The padded backrests and “floating” seats rest gracefully on the sculpted rosewood frames with a warm patina. These elegant chairs are also very comfortable, strong, and sturdy.
The chairs are in very good vintage condition; we cleaned and polished the frames but they retain the original factory finish. Please note, that some parts of the chairs are sun-bleached.
We will reupholster the chairs in the fabric of your choice.
The side chairs are Width 19" x Depth 21" x Back Height 31.5" x Seat Height 18.5". The armchairs are Width 24”( just seat 20") x Depth 21”x Seat Height 18.5”x Back Height 31.5”. The hand supports are H 25.5" /24".
