For sale we have a set of 4 rare Swedish vintage Mid Century Modern teak dining armchairs by Svegards Markaryd. The seat and back appears to be "floating" between chair's legs and hand supports.

The chairs have been taken apart, its teak frames stripped, sanded and refinished with Danish oil to new condition. The chairs were also professionally reupholstered in Maharam Textiles Mode (color: Intaglio) wool look fabric with stain repellent finish (see all info in photos).

These chairs are clearly made for smaller people. The "body"of the chairs is made of plywood, that allows some flexibility.

Approximate dims: seat height 16/17.5”x back height 31” x width 23” (includes arm supports) / 18" (just seat) x depth 24”.
